My Cavapoochon Baxter loves going to Rachael for his groom. Not only does he come out looking amazing but it’s the way she has with dogs that impresses me as well. She is so kind and gentle especially if you have a nervous dog or one that doesn’t like going to the groomers. Rachael will never rush, she makes sure that your dog is happy and comfortable. I would give Rachael ten stars if I could.

Would highly recommend. Right from the off the communication with Rachael was great, very accommodating and got my little dog Jinxy booked in. When dropping off, Rachael recommended a bit of a longer appointment so Jinxy could get use to her new surroundings and become familiar with Rachael. On pick up I was greeted by a very happy pup who looked great and smelt even better. Jinxy is already booked in for her next appointment
